We’d genuinely like to hear from you. Whether something isn’t working, you have an idea for a tool we should build, or you just have a question, the fastest way to reach us is by email.

What to get in touch about

• Bug reports. If a tool gives a wrong result or won’t open your file, tell us which tool, which browser and device you’re using, and what happened. The more detail, the faster we can fix it.
• Tool requests. Is there a tool you wish existed on Pixaru? Many of our tools were added because someone asked. Describe what you need and we’ll consider it.
• Feedback. Anything confusing, slow or that could be better — we want to know.
• Privacy questions. Anything about how the site handles data is covered on our privacy page, but we’re happy to answer specifics.

A note before you write

Because every tool runs entirely in your browser, we never receive a copy of your files and cannot recover a file you’ve processed or lost. For the same reason, we can’t see what went wrong on your screen — so when reporting a problem, please describe the steps you took so we can reproduce it.
